Quaker Houghton Rust Veto 3150 is a blend of organic corrosion inhibitors and synthetic additives which provide short term protection. The length of protection is depending on the concentration used, however up to 3 months protection can be achieved in indoor storage conditions. Rust Veto 3150 is a premium quality stable rust preventive, totally soluble in water. Rust Veto 3150 is effective on ferrous and is non flammable, free from sodium nitrite, Barium, Boron and Formol.

Rust Veto 3150 can be used in hydrostatic pressure testing of pumps, manifolds, radiators and pressure vessels, or leak and crack detection for castings and general assemblies.

Rust Veto 3150 is non foaming and can be used in high pressure system like washing machine. We strongly recommend the use of soft water with low chloride content to minimise the risk of corrosion due to high conductivity.
